SHIPPING POLICY

Postage costs are calculated at checkout depending on the value of your order and your location. Orders up to £20 can usually be shipped as a large letter and orders over that usually have to go as small parcels. The only exception to this is rings because they have to go as small parcels due to the box they come in.

 

For online sales I aim to ship within 48hrs. Typical transit time is 5-7 days to the UK and 7-10 days for international orders. Shipping times vary due to COVID.

RETURN POLICY

Can I return earrings? - Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons I'm unable to accept returns on earrings.

What do I do if my order arrives broken? - If your order has arrived broken please chat message me so I can solve this for you.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order? - I will accept cancellations (via chat) on items from the online shop if you cancel before it is shipped. I am happy to discuss swapping the item to a product of an equal value or refund you if you prefer.

I will also accept cancellations on custom made orders if you cancel before it's made. If I've already custom made it for you then I would expect to keep the payment as this pays for my time and materials.

 

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived? - Unfortunately at that point it is out of my control and you will need to contact your local postal service or check with your neighbours if you can not locate the item.

For custom orders I will contact you with a payment link or my bank details when we agree a price for your order.

As the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country.
